Children were strutting their stuff on the catwalk in aid of a charity.
For the first time ever M&Co held a children’s fashion show at the premises in Bradford Road, Brighouse. It was attended by 30 family, friends and customers who helped to raise £145 for the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.
The money was raised from the ticket sales and the raffle held on the night.
Assistant manager Toni Rogers said: “We also raised £205 earlier on in the month from our ‘name the bear’ competition as well as a book and bake stall for CRUK our company’s charity.
“All our models were absolutely brilliant with no tantrums or tears. Everyone did extremely well. The children had three changes from casual, party and nightwear showing that they could strut their stuff.
“Everyone had a great time - all the hard work really paid off and it’s not all true about never working with children.
“We would like to thank the Salvation Army who as usual loaned us the chairs for the event.
“A huge thank you must also go to the staff at Fulton’s Foods who donated a fantastic hamper full of raffle prizes donated by themselves.
“Along with our own staff who all contributed in raffle prizes and baked for our staff last month. And finally to Karen from Little Bit O’Fancy who made all of the cakes for the interval.”
