Three businesses have joined forces to sell active team development for companies.
A new collaboration between ROKT, Prego and Lattitude7 has been developed which also brings new business to the town.
The sessions include preparatory work at Prego before visiting ROKT for the physical side and reflection. It includes lots of challenges to try and get groups to work together and communicate better solving a variety of issues and helping them to work as a cohesive group.
Euan Noble from ROKT said; “If we work corroboratively as businesses we get joint success and the finished project is just amazing.
“Martin Haigh from Lattitude7 is a master at assessment and psychological analysis and creating change, ROKT provides the physical component to reinforce the need to trust or work outside comfort zones.
“Ideally we run one a day but more likely two and three day residential courses so with Prego and the Waterfront Lodge this means it brings new business to Brighouse and in the end that is good for the local economy.”
Lidia Shinwell from Prego said; “It is a collaboration between businesses that complement each other and provide a turn key solution to the customer, locally. We are so conveniently located near to the motorway and rail networks that we are able to provide a service, avoiding high city centre costs and without compromising quality.”
Martin said that feedback from the sessions had been positive. “People say if they had known what they had to do before they wouldn’t have turned up but afterwards they are glad they did.”
