More stallholders have been confirmed for this month’s award-winning Spring Totally Locally Market.
The market promises to have something for everyone with several new stallholders confirmed for the event in addition to old favourites on Saturday, April 27.
Visitors can be tempted by Gordon Carr’s woodwork, plants from Hartshead Nursery, handmade hampers by Karen Shaw and handmade fabric gifts by Alison Leister.
There will also be a stall by members of Brighouse Ladies’ Circle and many more.
There will be savoury and seet tarts as well as a hog roast and locally made sausages.
Brighouse’s own Love Bread will have a stall and for those with a sweet tooth then Get Chocolatey are returning with their chocolate fountain or maybe a selection of homemade cakes could tempt you from the Sweet Sensations stall.
Totally Locally, the innovative shop local campaign, has helped to change shopping habits considerably with more residents now enjoying their local shops, and experiencing the great product range, fantastic knowledge and personal customer service on offer from the wide range of independent businesses in Brighouse.
Nowhere was this ethos more clearly demonstrated than at the Totally Locally markets that have gone from strength to strength since the first market was held two years ago.
Lesley Adams, one of the event organisers, said: “The markets have proven to be a huge success.”
