A Halifax dental surgery has undergone renovations after a entrepreneur purchased the business premises with support from Lloyd’s Bank Commercial Banking.

Amjid Hussain bought the Town Hall Dental practice in February when he was alerted by his nephew Dr Imran Rangzeb to opportunities at the practice.

The funding was provided for the project after Amjid approach Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking who then provided him with the six-figure commercial loan.

The expansion will offer a wider range of cosmetic and health care dentistry offers and will be accepting up to 750 new patients.

Amjid said:“We have worked hard to ensure that the practice contains the state-of-the-art facilities needed to provide the highest level of care to patients whilst retaining the property unique period features.”

Jeremy Meadowcroft, relationship manager at Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking, said: “At Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking we are dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and small to medium sized businesses like Amjid and Town Hall Dental, who want to make the most of growth opportunities.”
