There is still time to book tickets for the 2015 Brighouse Echo Business Awards ahead of next month’s glittering celebration evening.
The awards night, which celebrates the best of business in Brighouse, will be held at Brighouse Sports Club on Thursday, May 7, hosted by well-known BBC television presenter Clare Frisby.
The awards cover ten categories and feature all types of business.
Judges spent hours deliberating over all the entries before drawing up the final shortlist.
Lattitude7, Sleigh and Story, Projex Solutions and Quickslide Ltd are in the running for the Business of the Year Award.
BPM Tech, The Lenny Agency, Yorkshire Payments and Faith PR have been shortlisted in the Small to Medium Size Business Award.
The contenders for Business Person of the Year include Carl Hopkins, Colin Findlay and James Howard.
Rokt Climbing Gym, Sleigh and Story, and Brighouse Business Initiative are in the running for the Best for Brighouse Award.
Corporate Venue of the Year Award contenders include Jeremy’s at the Boathouse, Crow Nest Park Golf Club and Prego/Waterfront Lodge.
Bricks4Kidz, Waverley Consultancy and Jeremy’s at the Boathouse are shortlisted in the New Business of the Year category. The Building Industry Award contenders are Arkoni, Ploughcroft and Deco-Pak.
Asquith Butler and Severn Unival are in the running for the Larger Business of the Year Award.
The Manufacturing Award contenders include Millers Oils, Avocet Hardware and Alco Valves.
And there are three people shortlisted in the Apprentice of the Year category: Nicole Bland, Sophie Williams and Lewis Parry.
