THE Brighouse man accused of installing a spy camera in the girls' toilets of a primary school will appear at Leeds Crown Court next month.
Timothy Walters, 38, faces 12 charges of voyeurism, 12 counts of making indecent images of children, five counts of taking indecent images of children and two counts of possessing indecent images of children.

Batley and Dewsbury Magistrates' Court heard in March that camera equipment was found concealed behind a ceiling panel in the girls' toilets at the Birstall school.

Police found a total of 56 separate images on his computer, seven of which were of pupils and graded at the lowest severity.

At a hearing on Monday magistrates committed him to Leeds Crown Court on July 29.

Walters, of Horsley Fold, Clifton, Brighouse, remains in custody.
