School rated 'outstanding'
A BRIGHOUSE school has been awarded an outstanding rating by inspectors Ofsted.
Rastrick Independent School was praised for its educational practices which include music, writing and reading teaching programmes and children's use of numbers and counting.
The school was also praised for the children's behaviour as a result of the staff's close contact and positive approach to behaviour management.
