A SPECIAL tribute has been paid to a very special lady by a group of Brighouse residents.
The residents' association of Sunnybank Terrace and Sunnybank Grange, off Halifax Road, Brighouse, have donated a plaque for a seat in their gardens in memory of Mrs Mary Howson who died aged 93 last month.
Mr John Goddard and Mrs Marlene Lister, for the association, said they were delighted to dedicate a seat to someone so dedicated to the area where she had lived and worked for most of her adult life.
