BOOCOCK BARBARA Smith, Simon and family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind expressions of sympathy, cards, and generous donations to the Forget-me-Not Trust in memory of Barbara. Sincere thanks to all doctors and staff on the ICU CRH, to the Rev J Hoggard, and to all who gave their support to the family by attending the funeral service.
